Adding contacts from HubSpot or Salesforce

Once HubSpot or Salesforce is connected, you can pull CRM contacts straight into an audience. Search and add people one batch at a time, or set up a dynamic audience that follows a CRM filter.

Before you start

Connect your CRM under Integrations → Connections. Open HubSpot CRM or Salesforce CRM and follow the connect steps. The CRM sources only appear in an audience after the connection is set up.

Search your CRM and add contacts

  1. Open the audience and click Add Contacts.

  2. Under Search, click Open on HubSpot CRM Contact Search (or the Salesforce search if Salesforce is connected).

  3. Search for the contacts you want.

  4. Select them and click Add Selected Contacts.

Searching your CRM is free. Each new contact added to the audience uses 1 Audience credit, and contacts already in your account are refunded straight away.

Keep an audience in sync with a CRM filter

If you want the audience to follow a CRM list over time, for example "all open opportunities" or "customers in a certain region", use a dynamic audience instead. Open HubSpot CRM Dynamic Audience (or the Salesforce one) under Dynamic Syncs, build your filter and pick a Sync schedule. The full steps are in the Dynamic Syncs article.

Where CRM records show up

Contacts and companies that came from your CRM are listed in Records. Click HubSpot under Sources in the sidebar to see only those.
