How to upload a list of target companies and let ContactLevel find matching contacts automatically.

What Is Account List Import?

Account List Import lets you upload a list of target companies (by name or domain) and have ContactLevel automatically find relevant contacts at those companies.

Prerequisites

  • Created an audience

  • A CSV with company names, domains, or both

  • Available credits

How to Import an Account List

  1. Open your audience and click Account List Import

  2. Upload your CSV with Company Name and/or Company Domain

  3. Map your fields

  4. Configure contact discovery filters (job title, seniority, department)

  5. Review and confirm the import

Best Practices

  • Use company domains when possible

  • Be specific with job title filters

  • Start with 20–50 companies as a test
