Getting help when no one is available
How support works
Every message you send reaches a real person. Ari, our support assistant, answers first using these help center articles. When Ari can't answer, the conversation goes straight to the team.
We're not online 24 hours a day. If nobody is available when you write, your reply comes as soon as someone is back.
If you're stuck right now
Some things can't wait. A campaign going live today. A sync failing before a deadline. A setup step you can't get past.
Book 30 minutes with Jack on our technical team: cal.com/jack-caspino/30min
He'll screen-share with you and go through it live.
For anything that isn't blocking you, chat is faster than waiting for a calendar slot.
What to send us
Include this up front and we can usually fix it in one reply:
- Which audience you're working in
- Whether it's a contact list or a company list
- A screenshot of the screen where it breaks
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Which platform is involved (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, X, HubSpot, Salesforce)
If it turns out to be a bug
We file it with engineering and link it to your conversation. The update lands in the same thread. You don't need to chase it.
