Analytics, Audiences and Reveal: how ContactLevel's plans fit together
ContactLevel is split into modules. Each has its own plan and its own credits, so you can buy one without the other. You can also bundle two of them.
The modules
| Module | What it does | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | LinkedIn Ad Analytics: company-level reporting on who your LinkedIn spend reaches, ICP alignment, and pipeline influence when HubSpot or Salesforce is connected. | Free forever, no credits |
| Audiences | Build audiences of named people, enrich them, sync them to ad platforms as custom audiences and see which audience members visit your site (Audience Visits, worldwide). | Audience credits |
| Reveal | Identifies individual visitors to your website from any channel. US visitors only. | Reveal credits |
| Suite | Reveal and Audiences together, about 15% cheaper than buying both. Includes hands-on onboarding and dedicated Slack support. | Both |
Two kinds of credits
Audience credits: 1 credit = 1 new contact added to an audience. Searching is free.
Reveal credits: 1 credit = 1 new person revealed on your website. You aren't charged when the visitor is already a contact in one of your audiences.
Click the credit counter in the top bar to see both balances. From there, View usage opens your credit history and Manage plan opens your plans.

Audience Visits vs Reveal
Both show who visits your website, but they work differently. Audience Visits only identifies people who are already in one of your audiences and arrive through an ad link with your audience UTM. It works worldwide and is included with Audiences.
Reveal identifies any visitor, from any channel, with no UTM needed. It only covers visitors in the US. Both need the tracking pixel installed and your domain whitelisted.
Agencies
Approved agencies get sub-organizations: one separate account per client, with credits you can move between them.
